The Mexican Oasis of Todos Santos nestles above a large huerta, or palm grove, on the Pacific coast of Baja California Sur.
Todos Santos was Founded in 1724 and was a remote and relatively inaccessible outpost until the late 1800s when its vast aquifer was discovered. Sugar cane farmers descended almost overnight and the original village has flourished into a booming agricultural community where all kinds of tropical fruits and vegetables are grown.
Despite the passage of time and inevitable change, Todos Santos remains unspoilt and has retained its wonderful colonial charm and developed into a cultural and tropical paradise. Todos Santos has a diverse selection of art galleries, shops, exclusive boutique style hotels including the infamous
Hotel California immortalised in song by The Eagles and several extremely good restaurants.

The beautiful unspoilt coastline of the Baja California Sur offers numerous opportunities for inspiring walks, Whale watching and depending on when you visit you may also witness the migration of
Leatherback turtles and Green turtles. The climate is absolutely delightful with year-round temperatures in the 70's and 80's. The rainy season, which can be hot and humid, begins in August and continues through the end of September. Winters are very mild but you may require light warm clothing in the evening.
The local beaches are very accessible and all within a couple of miles of Todos Santos and provide ideal shell collecting, Surfing, swimming or surf fishing opportunities.
Todos Santos is a haven for artists, craftsmen, surfers and weary travellers seeking adventure. The Baja exudes natural beauty,peace and tranquillity. Todos Santos is a fantastic place to unwind, and melt away the anxieties of a modern lifestyle.
